After contacting me using the contact button at the top of the site, I'll contact you to discuss your personal requirements. Each photoshoot is tailored to you and your dog. You might want portrait photos, action shots, or a mixture of the two. You can be in the photos too if you like! We'll also discuss a date, time and location for the photoshoot.

Once a date and time has been agreed, I'll send a contract to your email address plus an invoice for the payment. Please read, sign and return the contract and pay the invoice. Please note, dates are not secured until payment is made.

Then the fun begins - the photoshoot!

After the photoshoot we have a video call to view the images. Decide which ones you want, I’ll make final edits, and send them to you. Enjoy your new art!

A photoshoot with me is a relaxed, fun time. They usually last around 1-2 hours but there is no expectation for your dog to "perform" for the camera so if they need longer, I always have time for that.

Of course! They must be kept safe at all times. I can usually edit the lead out of the photos (I'll show you how to hold it on the day) or we can use a secure dog field for the photoshoot. One of my own dogs has to stay on a lead so I completely understand.

I can edit leads out of the photographs but thicker collars may have to remain. So please choose a collar that looks good in photographs (some people like to bring a few to choose from but this isn't strictly necessary). Please note that harnesses will not be edited out of photographs so I do ask that they are removed.

No need to worry! I have plenty of methods for getting the best shots of your dog. And no special tricks from them required.

Your dogs safety and comfort is my priority. Before the photoshoot we'll discuss their personality and choose a location where they'll feel calmer. There's no time limit for a photoshoot so we can really take the time to ensure they are comfortable. They don't need to look at the camera or interact with me to have fantastic photographs. In some cases, candid photographs work best.

Your dog should be presented the way you prefer to see them in the finished images, therefore you may choose to give them a bath and brush beforehand (this is breed dependent). Please ensure any grooming appointments are made in advance.

I can edit leads out of the photographs but collars and harnesses may have to remain. So if using a thicker collar please choose one that looks good in photographs (some people like to bring more than one option to choose from but this isn't a necessity).

If your dog has a favourite ball or toy, you may want to bring it to direct their attention towards my camera lens. However, I also make a vast array of weird and wonderful noises to get their attention so don't worry if you forget!

A second pair of hands could come in useful especially for active dogs. However, we can work with one handler.

The £85 session fee includes up to two dogs from the same household, though I usually ask that you bring one human handler per dog. If you'd like to bring three or more dogs there will be an additional charge of £15 per dog to cover the extra editing time required.
